• 1. Click on a Recent Orders report below to view a list of orders.
• 2. Find the order you wish to return and select "Return Items" from the "Take an Action" list.

● You must packaging the item to at least the same standard used to deliver it to you, and so that it is safe to transport. 
  ◦ The item must be placed in a box strong enough to withstand being dropped from waist height. 
  ◦ The item must be packed such that it cannot move around inside the box. 

● If the reason for return is not because the item is faulty, you must: 
  ◦ Package the item so that it arrives in saleable condition. This may require you to use new packaging materials. 
  ◦ Include any original retail box / pack if originally supplied. 
  ◦ Include all cables, manuals and component parts originally supplied (unless otherwise agreed with us by email). 

● You must not send hazardous goods via delivery companies who do not state that they will carry them. Lithium batteries are classed as hazardous by most couriers and if accepted for transport will require special labelling. 
● You must clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. And must not return any item to us without an RMA number provided by us. 
   If you are returning several items with different RMA numbers, they must all be written on the outside of the package. 
● PSA Parts Ltd is not responsible for lost or physically damaged packages in transit. 
● You must use an insured delivery service suitable to cover the costs of the goods. 
● We strongly advise you to use a tracked service and to send the tracking number to us.
