DuracellDirect.com is operated by Battery-Biz Inc., an authorized Duracell distributor,
for the purpose of providing its customers information about Duracell branded products,
Hi-Capacity branded products and battery education. Duracell is a registered trademark
of The Gillette Company and is used under license.

2. Product Returns
DuracellDirect.com's
policy is to provide our customers with superior
customer service. All of our products carry a 100%
satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and
return the product(s) to us within 30 days. Upon
receipt of the returned product(s), we will refund the
full product price minus shipping costs. Furthermore, most of our
products carry a one year warranty (from original
date of purchase) against defects in material and
workmanship. In order to return a product, please go

3. Selection
It is DuracellDirect.com's goal to have the largest selection of
batteries and portable accessories anywhere. If you are unable to find a product, let
us know. Tell us the device manufacturer and model number, and any part numbers on the
accessory itself. We will make every effort to locate it for you.
Virtually all of the products listed on our web site are in stock
and ready to ship to you.

4. Finding The Right Item
Finding the product that you are looking for couldn't be easier.
We provide two convenient methods to quickly locate the right battery, adapter or battery charger
for your portable device: Search and Browse.
Search
Our search engine lets you search by any combination of product
names and part numbers. Type in the manufacturer name, model or part number from your existing
power product. Our powerful search engine will give you a list of all of the matches from our
extensive product database.
Here are some examples:
Searching by Manufacturer Name:
Type "IBM" to show all notebooks and other devices made by IBM. You can then select a specific
device from the list (for example, Thinkpad 560) to show all peripherals (batteries, AC adapters,
etc) for that device. You can also type any part of the name to get the same result. Please note that
there is a three character minimum to complete the search function.
Searching by Model Name:
Type "Thinkpad 560" to see all peripherals available for the Thinkpad 560. You can also type any
part of the model name, such as "560" or "Think" for a broader search.
Searching by the Part Number:
Entering IBM battery part number "60G0423" will display that specific IBM-compatible battery. You can
search using any part numbers you have available: AC adapter part numbers, battery part numbers, even
the device part number. You can also enter any portion of the part number to do a broader search.
Once you have located the item you are looking for, click on the "Add"
button to add the product to your order or click on the "Details" button to get more product information
and product image. If you want to change the quantity of an item that you have already added to your order,
type the new quantity into the quantity field and then click "Update" to update your totals.
When you're ready to complete your order, click on the "Check Out" button in Your Cart.
Browse
DuracellDirect.com is divided into five main sections, based on the
type of device you wish to purchase an accessory for:
- Laptops
– Batteries, adapters and battery chargers
- Camcorders
– Batteries and battery chargers
- Digital Cameras – Batteries and battery chargers
- Cellular Phones – Batteries, adapters and battery chargers
- Cordless Phones - Batteries
Select the type of device you want to purchase accessories for and then choose a
manufacturer name from the corresponding list. A list of models will appear; choose the model that you are looking
for and our search engine will display all of the applicable products. For example:
- Select "Laptops" from the Browse list. A list of laptop manufacturers will appear.
- Select a laptop manufacturer (for example, select IBM). A list of laptop models made by IBM will appear.
- From the list of models, select Thinkpad 560. A list of peripherals for the Thinkpad 560 will appear
(batteries, adapters, etc). Select the appropriate item from the list and the product information will appear.
Once you have located the item you are looking for, click on the "Add" button
to add the product to your order or click on the "Details" button to get more product information and product
image. If you want to change the quantity of an item that you have already added to your order, type the new
quantity into the quantity field and then click "Update" to update your totals.
When you're ready to complete your order, click on the "Check Out" button in Your Cart. |

5. Pricing
DuracellDirect.com offers consistently low prices on our entire inventory
of batteries, adapters and battery chargers. Our prices are generally up to 25% below
regular retail prices. Sales tax is only applicable to California residents.
With respect to items sold by DuracellDirect.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item
until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has
entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our
catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge
the lower amount and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price,
we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your
order and notify you of such cancellation.

6. Shipping and Delivery Times
DuracellDirect.com is proud to offer multiple shipping options so
you can rest assured that your products will be delivered when you need them for an
economical price. Depending on your location, delivery may take one to two weeks from the date
of shipment. If you need an item delivered faster, select Three Day, Second Day or
Next Day delivery when placing your order. The amount of freight will automatically
be recalculated by our system and displayed on your order form. Freight charges vary
depending on the package weight and the shipping method that you have selected.
To determine when your order will arrive, you must consider the
availability of the item and the shipping option that you have selected. Most of the
items we carry are in stock and will ship on the same day if the order is placed
before 2:30PM Pacific Time, or on the next business day if the order is placed after
2:30PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

If the actual shipping time ends up being longer than that guaranteed by the
shipping method you have chosen, the freight amount will be refunded to you. Simply let us know. E-mail us with
your user name, order number and the date the package was delivered. In rare cases the item that you have ordered
will not be in stock. Our system will automatically notify you if this is the case and ask you if you still wish
to place the order. If you decide to place the order, you will then be notified by e-mail as to the exact delivery
date. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is available. If you've placed an order for several items and not
all of them are in stock, you can choose the "Ship Complete" option to ship everything together (thereby reducing
the freight costs) once the backordered item is available. Backordered items are not charged to your credit card
until they are shipped.
Because USPS delivery times may vary, we recommend UPS Ground for all orders. Choosing UPS provides a firmer estimate
of your expected ship time, and also gives you the ability to track the progress of your shipment. We cannot estimate
or guarantee ship times or track the delivery on any Super Saver/USPS orders.
International Shipments
DuracellDirect is pleased to service international customers and provides an
international shipping option. Shipments are sent via USPS Global Priority and take approximately 16-20 business
days for delivery of in-stock items. Shipping costs can be calculated by entering the delivery address after all
items have been placed in the shopping cart. You can also contact our customer service department with additional
questions regarding international shipments at
info@duracelldirect.com. Please note, fast ground shipping is not
applicable on international shipments.

7. Security Guarantee
Shopping online at DuracellDirect.com is safe and secure. Our secure
server software encrypts all of the information that you give, ensuring that your
transactions with us stay private and secure. Every purchase you make at
DuracellDirect.com is backed by our security guarantee - if any unauthorized use of
your credit card occurs as a result of your purchases with us, notify your credit card
company in accordance with its rules and procedures. If, through no fault of your own,
the credit card provider finds credit card fraud but does not completely waive your
liability, DuracellDirect.com will reimburse you for the remaining liability up to a
maximum of US $50.00. This guarantee applies to credit card purchases made using
DuracellDirect.com's secure server.
Furthermore, you can be assured that the information you give us is
private. We do not sell, rent or share our customers’ information.

8. Placing An Order
Ordering at DuracellDirect.com is fast and easy. Simply let our system lead you
through the ordering process. Once you have located the item that you are looking for, follow the steps below:
- To add a battery, adapter or other item to your order, click on the
"Add" button found next to the item. If you wish to order a larger quantity,
change the quantity in the box next to the "Add" button, and then click "Add".
The item you have selected will be displayed in Your Cart at the top of
the screen, along with the quantity ordered and the price.
- If you want to change the quantity of an item that you have already
added to your order, type the new quantity into the quantity field and then
click “Update” to update your totals.
- When you are finished shopping, click the on the "Checkout" button in Your Cart
- Fill out the online order form. Make sure to remeber your user name and
password as this will make facilitate future orders and make it possible for
you to track your current order. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or Discover credit cards (see our security guarantee).
- Your order is now complete. DuracellDirect.com will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.
An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order. For
future orders enter your user name and password - our system will remember all of your customer information,
making your shopping experience even faster and more convenient.

9. Tracking Your Order
In order to track an order that has already been placed, click on
"Track Your Orders". Type in your user name and password,
and select the order you wish to track. If the order has already shipped, you can click on "Track It" to
automatically track your order through UPS or FedEx. This will give you real-time, up to the minute order status.
